Rogue Unit definition

Rogue Unit. Hardware that exhibits a recurring problem subject to the following: (i) the undesired symptom reported is the same for three (3) sequential removals, and (ii) the undesired interval is seven (7) operating days or less;

Examples of Rogue Unit in a sentence

  • Within ten (10) calendar days of its receipt of the loaned Boeing Product, Customer will ship the Rogue Unit to Boeing.

  • Rogue Unit - A Boeing Product, on which an unscheduled removal due to breach of warranty occurs three (3) or more times both (i) within the warranty period and (ii) within either twelve (12) consecutive months or one thousand (1,000) consecutive operating hours.

  • FTPS Unit means Units which are purchased through the Fund/SERV(R) trading system or on a manual basis through FTP Services LLC or for which FTP Services LLC is acting as FTPS Unit Servicing Agent.

Any transfer of the Core Units, during the first two years of their issue as mentioned herein, shall be affected only on the receipt by the Registrar of a written acceptance of this condition by the transferee.
