RKt means, in respect of an ACT Day t, the level determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with the following formula:

  • Warburg means Warburg, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Capital Partners, L.P., and/or any of its affiliates.

  • IESO means the Independent Electricity System Operator.

  • Limited Liability Company Interests means the entire limited liability company membership interest at any time owned by any Pledgor in any limited liability company.

  • Bidco means a business and industrial development company licensed under this act. The term includes a business development enterprise.
