Rights Assigned definition

Rights Assigned has the meaning given to it in Clause 2 of this Agreement.

Examples of Rights Assigned in a sentence

  • It is understood and agreed that the transfer of the Assigned Patent Rights, Assigned Know How, and Third Party License Agreements is made subject to the Development Candidates License.
