Rig Broker definition

Rig Broker means an internationally recognized broker in the offshore industry serving clients worldwide, whose primary business includes acting as a broker in the sale and purchase, order and charter of mobile offshore drilling units. Schedule A hereto lists Persons which as of the date hereof are Rig Brokers.
