RFT Documents definition

RFT Documents means Request for Tender #PW-03-2023, inclusive of all of its Appendices: the Location Map (Appendix “A”); Special Provisions (Appendix “B”); Response Form (Appendix “C”); Bid Bond Agreement (Appendix “D”); and the Form of Potential Contract (Appendix “E”); and any documents incorporated by reference into the RFT.
RFT Documents means all the documents described in the Request for Tenders RFT 2017/7 as RFT documents;
RFT Documents means the documents listed in paragraph 3.2.1.

  • Tenderers must not use this RFT or the RFT Documents (including any attached technical and other written information supplied by the Council) for any purpose other than to prepare a Tender.

  • The purpose of a Tender Interactive Meeting, other than in respect of Alternative Tenders, is to allow Tenderers to raise and discuss with GWRC any concerns or issues that a Tenderer may have relating to the RFT Documents (including the Contract).

RFT Documents means: Notice to Tenderers; Conditions of Tender; Formal Instrument of Agreement; Conditions of Contract including: the General Conditions of Contract comprising AS2124–1992 General Conditions of Contract; Annexure to the General Conditions of Contract; amendments to AS2124-1992 General Conditions of Contract; and Special Conditions of Contract; Specifications; Drawings; Form of Tender; Tender Schedule; Bill(s) of Quantities, Schedule of Prices and/or Schedule of Rates and Preamble to the extent specified to be included in the Tender or Contract; and Addenda issued pursuant to Section CT 2.12.
RFT Documents means this RFT and all appendices and addenda;

Related to RFT Documents

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Related Documents mean and include without limitation all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Trust Documents has the meaning set forth in the Titling Trust Agreement.
