An RF Overlay service must be provisioned for an Access Seeker within the period agreed between the Company and the relevant Access Seeker which must be no more than 60 business days (unless a longer period is specifically requested by the Access Seeker).
Site/s means any location where the Client Concerned have equipment or infrastructure installed.

Fluoroscopic imaging assembly means a subsystem in which X-ray photons produce a visual image. It includes the image receptor(s) such as the image intensifier and spot-film device, electrical interlocks, if any, and structural material providing linkage between the image receptor and diagnostic source assembly.
Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.
Synchronous means an interaction between a provider and a client or member that occurs at the same time using an interactive technology. This may include audio only, video only, or audio with video and may include remote monitoring.¶
