If approved by the Compensation Committee, the Revised Option Agreement shall provide that such stock option shall vest as follows: (i) 50% of such stock option shall be fully vested on the date of grant, (ii) 25% of such stock option shall vest on May 15, 2019 and (iii) the remaining 25% of such stock option shall vest in 12 equal installments on the 15th day of each month, with the first tranche vesting on June 15, 2019 and the last tranche vesting on May 15, 2020.
