Review Invoice definition

Review Invoice means, with respect to any Asset Review, a detailed invoice prepared by the Asset Representations Reviewer setting forth the calculation of the applicable Review Fee for such Asset Review.

  • To the extent not paid by the Sponsor and outstanding for at least sixty (60) days after receipt by the Indenture Trustee, the Sponsor, the Servicer, the Grantor Trust and the Issuer of the Review Invoice, the Review Fee shall be paid by the Issuer pursuant to the priority of payments sets forth in Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or Section 5.4(b) of the Indenture, as applicable.

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form acceptable to the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Proper Invoice means a written request for Payment that is submitted by a Contractor setting forth the description, price or cost, and quantity of goods, property or services delivered or rendered, in such form, and supported by such other substantiating documentation, as NYSERDA may reasonably require, including but not limited to any requirements set forth in Exhibits A or B to this Agreement; and addressed to NYSERDA’s Controller, marked “Attention: Accounts Payable,” at the Designated Payment Office.

  • Tax Invoice means the document as required by Section 20 of the VAT Act, as may be amended from time to time;

  • Review Report means, for an Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared according to Section 3.5.

  • Monthly Invoice means an invoice issued in accordance with section 21 by MDL or the Incentives Pool Trustee to a Shipper or Welded Party for all Charges payable in respect of the previous Month by that Shipper or Welded Party, together with any outstanding amounts in respect of any Month prior to the previous Month.

  • Shipment means a volume of products offered to and accepted by Carrier for transportation.

  • Review Receivables means those certain Receivables identified by the Servicer to the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of a Review Notice as not having been paid in full by the Obligor or purchased from the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Basic Documents at or prior to the date of such Review Notice.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Batch means a specific quantity of Product that is intended to have uniform character and quality, within specified limits, and is produced according to a single manufacturing order during the same cycle of manufacture.
