Reverse Charge Order definition

Reverse Charge Order means the Value Added Tax (Section 55A) (Specified Services and Excepted Supplies) Order 2019/892. The Contractor warrants that it has fully complied and will continue to fully comply with the Reverse Charge Order where applicable to works under this Agreement. Should the Employer’s status as an end user change then the Employer will use reasonable endeavours to notify the Contractor and the Contractor shall apply or disapply the Reverse Charge Order accordingly.   • reverse charge ’ means the liability to pay tax by the recipient of supply of goods or services or both instead of the supplier of such goods or services or both under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section 9, or under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section 5 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act;
