Return Due Date definition

Return Due Date means, with respect to any Return, the earlier of (i) the due date (including extensions) of such Return, or (ii) the date such Return is filed.
Return Due Date means, with respect to a return of the Aetna Consolidated Group, the due date under applicable Tax law of such Return (taking into account, without limitation, all applicable and valid extensions of such date).
Return Due Date means the date specified in Section 6072 of the Code for the filing of Buyer's income tax returns, as may be validly extended by Buyer pursuant to the automatic extension procedure under the Code and the regulations thereunder.

Related to Return Due Date

  • Return Date means the date on which the Insured is scheduled to return to the point where the Trip started or to a different specified Return Destination. This date is specified in the travel documents.

  • Premium Due Date means date specified in the Schedule on which the Instalment Premium will become due.

  • Due Date The day of the month on which the Monthly Payment is due on a Mortgage Loan, exclusive of any days of grace.
