Return Difference definition

Return Difference has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Return Difference means an amount equal to the excess of the Preferred Return paid or accrued hereunder over the amount that such Preferred Return would have been had the Interest Rate been equal to the Dividend Rate.

  • Difference means in an FX and CFD the difference in price upon the opening of a Transaction and the closing of such Transaction.
