Retainers definition

Retainers means any retainer payable in cash for service as a Non-Employee Director, including for service as a director on a Subsidiary Board, including any such retainer for service as chairman of the Board or a Subsidiary Board or as a chair or member of a Board or Subsidiary Board committee.
