Retained Functions definition

Retained Functions means all rights, powers and duties relating to the operation and maintenance of the Plant not specifically granted to the Operator under this Agreement.
Retained Functions means, with respect to a legacy IT division, non-information technology functions for which the legacy IT division is responsible, which are not transferred to DoIT.
Retained Functions means the individual employed by the Host Authority who will have the day to day operational responsibility for the delivery of the duties of the Integrated Service as detailed in Schedule 3 part 2. Means those functions retained by each individual Authority as set out in paragraph 2.4 of the Annex to Schedule 1.

  • The Owner shall do all such other things that are part of the Retained Functions as the Owner determines are reasonably required for the operation and maintenance of the Plant and the performance by the Operator of the Operation Services.

  • School function means any school-sponsored extra-curricular event or activity.

  • Essential functions means the fundamental job duties of the employment position the individual with a disability holds or desires. “Essential functions” does not include the marginal functions of the position.
