Retailer Application definition

Retailer Application means the application that Retailers make available to End Users that: (i) is owned or operated by or on behalf of Retailers; and (ii) is listed in Exhibit A to this Schedule.

Examples of Retailer Application in a sentence

  • Retailer and authorized employee(s) may sell Lottery products only at the business address provided on the approved Retailer Application.

  • Retailer may use Lottery equipment only in California, at the retail location specified in the Retailer Application, and only for the marketing and sale of California Lottery products.

  • Subject to the licenses in this Schedule, as between the Parties: (i) Retailers own all IP rights in the Retailer Application; and (ii) Bank owns all IP rights in the Plug-In Software and Documentation.

  • Retailers shall (i) discontinue all use of the Plug-In Software, and any copies thereof, in whole or in part, (ii) cease and desist from combining the Plug-In Software in the Retailer Application, (iii) cease and desist from distributing and licensing the Bundled Application to End Users, and (iv) return or destroy, as requested by Bank, all copies of the Plug-In Software and any Documentation and any other confidential information concerning the Plug-In Software and/or Documentation.

  • The cost to develop and license the Plug-In Software will be funded solely by Bank, and the cost to install the Plug-In Software with the Retailer Application will be funded solely by Retailers.

  • Retailers will perform all development work to integrate the Plug-In Software with the Retailer Application, although Bank will work in good faith with Retailers to facilitate integration by providing commercially reasonable technical assistance and relevant documentation.

  • You may only sell the Products from a retail location at the address set out on the purchase order for delivery unless we provide prior written authorization of other locations (without prejudice to your ability to sell the Products via the Internet using those URLs set forth in your Authorized Retailer Application).

Related to Retailer Application

  • Customer Application means a software program in Object Code format that Customer has created and which integrates, in whole or in part, Value Added Technology, a Source Code Output File and/or a Binary Output File.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Transfer Application means an application and agreement for transfer of Units in the form set forth on the back of a Certificate or in a form substantially to the same effect in a separate instrument.
