  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Note Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Certificate Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the Certificate Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Class Y Principal Reduction Amounts For any Distribution Date, the amounts by which the Class Principal Balances of the Class Y-1 and Class Y-2 Regular Interests, respectively, will be reduced on such Distribution Date by the allocation of Realized Losses and the distribution of principal, determined as described in Appendix 1.

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.

  • Regular Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (i) the Note Balance as of the day preceding such Distribution Date and (ii) (A) the excess, if any, of (x) the sum of the Note Balance as of the day preceding such Distribution Date and the Overcollateralization Target Amount for such Distribution Date over (y) the Pool Balance as of the last day of the preceding Collection Period minus (B) the sum of the Priority Principal Distributable Amount, if any, the Secondary Principal Distributable Amount, if any, the Tertiary Principal Distributable Amount, if any, and the Quaternary Principal Distributable Amount, if any, in each case for such Distribution Date.

  • Note Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of (i) the Note Monthly Principal Distributable Amount, (ii) any outstanding Note Principal Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the immediately preceding Payment Date and, (iii) on the Final Payment Date for a Class of Notes or the Payment Date as of which all of the Receivables are to be purchased pursuant to Section 8.01, the amount necessary (after giving effect to all amounts allocable to principal required to be deposited in the Note Distribution Account on such Payment Date) to reduce the Outstanding Amount of each related Class of Notes to zero; provided, however, that the Note Principal Distributable Amount with respect to a Class of Notes shall not exceed the Outstanding Amount of such Class of Notes.

  • Class A Principal Parity Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (I) the excess, if any, of (x) the aggregate remaining principal balance of the Class A Notes immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the Pool Balance as of the end of the immediately preceding Collection Period and (II) the amount of Total Available Funds remaining on deposit in the Collection Account after the funding of the items described in clauses (i) through (iii) of Section 5.7(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Principal Distributable Amount means, for any Distribution Date: (A) during the Revolving Period, zero; and (B) during the Amortization Period, an amount equal to the lesser of: (i) Available Funds remaining after payment of the amounts set forth in clauses (i) through (iv) of Section 5.08(a) hereto and (ii) the Class A Note Balance; provided, however, on the Class A Stated Final Maturity Date, the Class A Principal Distributable Amount will equal the Class A Note Balance.

  • Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period With respect to the Mortgage Loans serviced by each Servicer and each of Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts and Partial Unscheduled Principal Receipts, the Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period specified on Schedule I hereto, as amended from time to time by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 10.01(b) hereof.

  • Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).

  • Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Group I Principal Remittance Amount and the Group II Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Loan Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion, if any, of the Principal Distribution Amount attributable to Loan Group 1.

  • Subordinate Principal Prepayments Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the Subordinate Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount.

  • Class C Principal Parity Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (I) the excess of (A) the excess, if any, of (x) the aggregate remaining principal balance of the Class A Notes, of the Class B Notes and of the Class C Notes, in each case immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the Pool Balance as of the end of the immediately preceding Collection Period over (B) the sum of the Class A Principal Parity Amount and the Class B Principal Parity Amount for such Distribution Date plus any payments made on the Class A Notes or the Class B Notes as a Matured Principal Shortfall on such Distribution Date and (II) the amount of Total Available Funds remaining on deposit in the Collection Account after the funding of the items described in clauses (i) through (ix) of Section 5.7(a) on such Distribution Date.

  • Class B Principal Distributable Amount means, for any Distribution Date: (A) during the Revolving Period, zero; and (B) during the Amortization Period, an amount equal to the lesser of: (i) the positive difference of (x) Available Funds remaining after payment of the amounts set forth in clauses (i) through (iv) of Section 5.08(a) hereto minus (y) the Class A Principal Distributable Amount and (ii) the Class B Note Balance; provided, however, on the Class B Stated Final Maturity Date, the Class B Principal Distributable Amount will equal the Class B Note Balance.

  • Class A Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Class A Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class A Initial Invested Amount and denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Group II Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Group II Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii)(a) the Extra Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date multiplied by (b) the Group II Allocation Percentage.

  • Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, (other than the Final Scheduled Distribution Date for any Class of Notes), the sum of the Principal Distributable Amount for such Distribution Date and the Noteholders’ Principal Carryover Amount, if any, as of the close of business on the preceding Distribution Date. The Noteholders’ Principal Distributable Amount on the Final Scheduled Distribution Date for any Class of Notes will equal the sum of (i) the Principal Distributable Amount for such Distribution Date, (ii) the Noteholders’ Principal Carryover Amount as of such Distribution Date, and (iii) the excess of the outstanding principal amount of such Class of Notes, if any, over the amounts described in clauses (i) and (ii).

  • Collateral Principal Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, (i) during the Revolving Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the last day of the immediately preceding Monthly Period and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of such day and (ii) during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Early Amortization Period or any Partial Amortization Period, the percentage equivalent (which percentage shall never exceed 100%) of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated and the denominator of which is the Invested Amount as of the close of business on the date on which the Revolving Period shall have terminated; provided, however, that with respect to the first Monthly Period, the Collateral Principal Percentage shall mean the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Collateral Initial Invested Amount and the denominator of which is the Initial Invested Amount.

  • Class A Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class A Invested Amount less the Principal Funding Account Balance (but not in excess of the Class A Invested Amount) on such date.
