Restricted Circulation definition

Restricted Circulation means movement between rooms, spaces, areas or Components by means of horizontal and/or vertical circulation corridors, stairs or elevators that are for use by Staff, registered Patients and services and not for use by the general public;

  • release for free circulation means the procedure laid down in Article 201 of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013;

  • Flocculation means a process to enhance agglomeration or collection of smaller floc particles into larger, more easily settleable particles through gentle stirring by hydraulic or mechanical means.

  • Circulation means the process of submitting an initiative or referendum petition

  • Telephone solicitation means any voice communication over a telephone for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the call to purchase, rent, or invest in goods or services during that telephone call. Telephone solicitation does not include any of the following:

  • SEBI Circular means circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, issued by the SEBI on continuous disclosure requirements for listed entities, as amended or substituted from time to time;
