Resource parent(s) definition

Resource parent(s) means a licensed foster, kinship and adoptive parents, and unlicensed kinship parents.
Resource parent(s) means those providing ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care to children placed in the legal custody of Defendants pursuant to 10-148 C.M.R. c.16, § 1, et seq.
