Residual Element definition

Residual Element means the parts of a former Armed Force or Militia under an approved Transition and Reintegration Plan that are still extant and drawing down during the period of transition and reintegration and that are regulated by the relevant governmental authorities in accordance with this Order and the Transition and Reintegration Plan for that Armed Force or Militia.
