resident appointment is defined as a non-faculty position granted to an individual based on his or her academic credentials and the meeting of other eligibility criteria as stated in MSM and residency program policies and standards.

  • Initial appointment means appointment made otherwise than by promotion or transfer;

  • Serviced Appointment has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
