RESERVE AGENT definition
RESERVE AGENT means the Reserve Agent named in the Reserve Fund Agreement, and any successor thereto pursuant to the terms of the Reserve Fund Agreement.
RESERVE AGENT means a depository of the institution selected as provided in section 610 and approved by the department for the deposit of funds included in the required reserve fund; and
RESERVE AGENT means W▇▇▇▇ Fargo, Bank of Texas, N.A.
