Requisition" and "Order definition

Requisition" and "Order means: (a) with respect to the Authority, a written certificate, statement, request, requisition or order executed in the name of the Authority by its Chairman, Vice Chairman, Executive Director or such other person as may be designated and authorized to sign for the Authority; or (b) with respect to the Company a written certificate, statement, request, requisition or order executed by an Authorized Representative of the Company. Any such instrument and supporting opinions or representations, if any, may, but need not, be combined in a single instrument with any other instrument, opinion or representation, and the two or more so combined shall be read and construed as a single instrument. If and to the extent required by Section 1.02 hereof, each such instrument shall include the statements provided for in such Section 1.02.

  • Decision and Order means the:

  • Environmental Judgments and Orders means all judgments, decrees or orders arising from or in any way associated with any Environmental Requirements, whether or not entered upon consent or written agreements with an Environmental Authority or other entity arising from or in any way associated with any Environmental Requirement, whether or not incorporated in a judgment, decree or order.

  • Bond Order or "Order" means this Bond Order of the Commissioners Court authorizing the issuance of the Bonds.

  • Imminent danger to the health and safety of the public means the existence of any condition or practice, or any violation of a permit or other requirement of this article, in a surface coal mining and reclamation operation which could reasonably be expected to cause substantial physical harm to persons outside the permit area before such condition, practice, or violation can be abated. A reasonable expectation of death or serious injury before abatement exists if a rational person, subjected to the same conditions, or practices giving rise to the peril, would not expose himself to the danger during the time necessary for abatement.

  • Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower or any Subsidiary required by any Environmental Requirement.
