Required Orders definition

Required Orders means such grants, permits, licenses, registrations, approvals, consents, waivers, variances, exemptions, filings, authorizations, regulatory consent, credential or similar qualification, orders and decisions or requirements of or by any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction or control over any of the Parties, the Sites or any provision hereof, as are from time to time necessary in order that this Agreement and the performance thereof by the Parties be in compliance with all Applicable Laws;
Required Orders means such grants, permits, licences, registrations, approvals, consents, waivers, variances, exemptions, filings, authorizations, orders and decisions or requirements of or by any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction or control over any of the Parties or any provision hereof, as are from time to time necessary in order that this Agreement and the performance thereof by the Parties be in compliance with all Applicable Laws.
Required Orders means such grants, permits, licences, approvals, authorizations, orders and decisions of or by any regulatory body or governmental authority having jurisdiction or control over any of the parties hereto, their respective facilities or gas supply, the sale or transportation of gas or this Agreement or any provision hereof, as are from time to time necessary in order that this Agreement and the performance hereof in accordance with its terms be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and all applicable rules, orders and decisions of any regulatory body or governmental authority having jurisdiction in respect of gas to be purchased, sold or transported hereunder, including without limitation, the transportation in the Province of production and removal from such Province of such gas and the sale of gas to the Company or to the Customer hereunder.

Examples of Required Orders in a sentence

  • Vacation approvals will be administered by seniority within the classifications.

  • Each Customer and the Agent shall provide true copies of all Required Orders (other than those contemplated in Section 7.2.4) to the Company upon request.

Related to Required Orders

  • Bunched Orders means a single Order placed by an Account Manager for two or more of its Accounts on the SEF operated by BSEF pursuant to Rule 528.

  • Good order for initial premium payments means that the Part 1 of the Application is completed, a suitability review and approval have occurred, all producer licensing issues are resolved, all owner and insured information is furnished, all signatures are obtained, all premium has been received, including any subsequent premiums already due, and all other requirements are satisfied as determined by the Company.

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.

  • Required Governmental Approvals means the Company Required Governmental Approvals and the Parent Required Governmental Approvals.

  • Hold Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(b)(i) below.
