Required Operations definition

Required Operations shall collectively refer to the following on and with respect to Owner conducting its Petroleum Business in the City: (i) Owner retaining and continuing to own or lease sufficient facilities in the City to allow the Petroleum Business to be conducted; (ii) Owner’s operation of the Petroleum Business within the corporate boundaries of the City; and (iii) Owner not transferring or otherwise relocating the retail sales operation or the point of sale as reported to the BOE for the Petroleum Business to another facility or location outside of the City.
Required Operations has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.
Required Operations means all Operations and Costs of any kind required to be carried out and incurred to maintain and keep the Assets in good standing and free of default under any governmental or regulatory laws, rules or regulations and shall include, without limitation, any financial assurances required to be posted for environmental clean up purposes by statute or regulation.

  • The cumulative amount of liquidated damages for failure to meet the Required Operations Date shall not exceed [Insert maximum liquidated damages amount] .

Required Operations means all operations and costs, taxes, fees, outlays and Expenditures required to be incurred therefor to maintain and keep the Exploration Area and Joint Venture Assets, as the case may be, in good standing and free and clear of all Liens, and Hazardous Conditions, and in compliance with the Act, the Laws and the Environmental Standards.
Required Operations. For the purposes of this Section a lease or interest shall be deemed to be expiring or terminating if such lease or interest (or portion thereof outside a producing unit) would expire or terminate within six

Failure of Company to continuously conduct and operate, or cause to be conducted and operated, the Required Operations on the Site during the entire Operating Period shall entitle City to terminate the Agreement and demand repayment by Company of all previously paid Covenants Consideration in accordance with Subsection 6.b. of the Agreement.

  • Discontinued Operations means operations that are accounted for as discontinued operations pursuant to Applicable GAAP of the Issuer for which the Disposal of such assets has not yet occurred.

  • Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.

  • Project Operational Manual means the Project Operational Manual, to be adopted in accordance with Section 6.01 (a) of this Agreement, giving details of guidelines and procedures agreed with the Association for the implementation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, of the Project, and the procurement procedures and guidelines for Sub-Projects, as same may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Operational Manual;

  • Designated operational area means a geographic area designated by the combatant commander or subordinate joint force commander for the conduct or support of specified military operations.

  • WREGIS Operating Rules means those operating rules and requirements adopted by WREGIS as of December 2010, as subsequently amended, supplemented or replaced (in whole or in part) from time to time.
