Requested Report definition

Requested Report means an ad hoc report (a) requested by WorkSafeBC that provides objective clinical findings and return to work barriers and/or additional information as requested by WorkSafeBC; or (b) may be submitted by the Contractor to WorkSafeBC to request approval for additional Hydrotherapy visits in accordance with section 43(b)ii.
