Request for Quote Process definition

Request for Quote Process means the process of inviting Offers for the provision of the Goods and/or Services, the Offeror’s preparation and submission of an Offer, communication between the Parties in relation to the Request for Quote and/or Offer, evaluation of Offers and the subsequent acceptance or rejection of Offers;

Related to Request for Quote Process

  • Request for Quote or “RFQ” means an electronic message disseminated on the SEF Platform for the purposes of soliciting bids or offers for a specific Swap.

  • Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) means a document or documents containing the specification, and proposed terms and conditions issued to potential suppliers to solicit written Quotations.

  • Request for Quotation (RFQ) means the document(s) containing the Conditions of Quoting and Contract, the Annexure, Special Conditions of Contract (if any), Scope of Services, Response Schedules and any other document issued for the purposes of inviting Quotations for the Services.

  • Request for Quotations or “RFQ” means an informal request for prices on Goods and/or Services with an estimated procurement cost between $10,000 and up to but not including
