RepWest means Republic Western Insurance Company, an Arizona corporation."Responsible Officer," when used with respect to the Trustee, means any officer within the Corporate Finance Unit of the Corporate Trust Division of the Trustee (or any successor group of the Trustee) who has direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture and, for purposes of Section 7.01(c)(ii) and the second sentence of Section 7.06, shall also include any other officer of the Trustee to whom such matter is referred because of his knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject.
