representative office means any of- fice of a foreign bank which is located in any state and is not a Federal branch, Federal agency, State branch, State agency, or commercial lending company subsidiary.
Representative of the news media means any person actively gathering news for an entity that is organized and operated to publish or broadcast news to the general public.
representative of a Party means an employee or any person appointed by a government department or agency or any other public entity of a Party who represents the Party for the purposes of a dispute under this Agreement.
Representative means, with respect to any Person, any and all directors, officers, employees, consultants, financial advisors, counsel, accountants and other agents of such Person.

PURCHASER's Authorized Representatives means the representatives authorized by PURCHASER to receive any notice or instructions from STATE on behalf of PURCHASER and to take any action required in regard to performance of PURCHASER under the contract. PURCHASER's Authorized Representatives are identified in the Operations Plan. Contract means the entire written agreement between the parties, including but not limited to the Notice of Timber Sale, Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal, Instructions to Bidders, specifications, terms, and conditions, Exhibits, Operations Plan, change notices, if any, the accepted bid, and the purchase order or price agreement document.
Disclosure Representative means the Finance Director, or his or her designee, or such other person as the Issuer shall designate in writing to the Disclosure Dissemination Agent from time to time as the person responsible for providing Information to the Disclosure Dissemination Agent.

Authorized Representatives means any officers or employees of the Borrower designated by the Borrower for purposes of giving and receiving notices hereunder, requesting and repaying Loans, agreeing to rates of interest and otherwise transacting business with the Agent and the Banks hereunder.

Advisory representative means any Supervised Person, who in connection with his or her regular functions or duties, normally makes, participates in, or otherwise obtains current information regarding the Purchase or Sale of a Security by the Firm, or whose functions relate to the making of any recommendations with respect to such purchases or sales, and any natural Person in a Control relationship to the Firm who obtains information concerning recommendations made concerning a Purchase or Sale of a Security. This definition includes but is not limited to the following: partner, officer, Manager, investment person, Portfolio Manager and any other Supervised Person of the Firm designated as an “Advisory Representative” from time to time by the Review Officer.
Corporate Representative means an Individual authorised by resolution of the directors or other governing body of a body corporate to represent it;
