Custodial Agent means the Person who is then the Custodial Agent thereunder.
Construction Agent means the Lessee in its capacity as construction agent pursuant to the Construction Agency Agreement.
Verification Agent As defined in Section 3.28.
Collection Agent means at any time the Person then authorized pursuant to Section 6.01 to service, administer and collect Transferred Receivables.
Contracting agent means the governing body of a
Prepetition Agent means Goldman Sachs Bank USA in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

Collateral Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, solely in its capacity as collateral custodian, together with its successors and permitted assigns in such capacity.
Servicing Agent means, with respect to an eNote, the field entitled, “Servicing Agent” in the MERS eRegistry.
Applicable Collateral Agent means (i) until the earlier of (x) the Discharge of Credit Agreement and (y) the Non-Controlling Representative Enforcement Date, the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent and (ii) from and after the earlier of (x) the Discharge of Credit Agreement and (y) the Non-Controlling Representative Enforcement Date, the Collateral Agent for the Series of First Lien Obligations represented by the Major Non-Controlling Representative.
Liquidation Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 9.03.
Subordination Agent Has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Special Servicer means the special servicer appointed to act in such capacity with respect to the Mortgage Loan as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Special Sub-Custodian Each such duly appointed Special Sub-Custodian shall be listed on Schedule D hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by a Fund, with the acknowledgment of the Custodian. In connection with the appointment of any Special Sub-Custodian, and in accordance with Special Instructions, the Custodian shall enter into a sub-custodian agreement with the Fund and the Special Sub-Custodian in form and substance approved by such Fund, provided that such agreement shall in all events comply with the provisions of the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder and the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
Repo Custodian shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Managing Agent means a person authorized by the landlord to act on behalf of the landlord under
Security Agent means the Bond Trustee or any successor Security Agent, acting for and on behalf of the Secured Parties in accordance with any Security Agent Agreement or any other Finance Document.
Securities Intermediary The meaning specified in Section 8-102(a)(14) of the UCC.
Second Lien Collateral Agent means the “Collateral Agent” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement.
Collateral Trustee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Collateral Manager The meaning specified in the Preamble.

Credit Agreement Collateral Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.
Collateral has the meaning specified in the Granting Clause of this Indenture.
