  • The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice in accordance with Section 2.3 with respect to any Advances being made on the Replacement Facilities Effective Date.

  • Schedule 1.1(a) will be automatically amended to add the Replacement Facilities Commitments of the Lenders who become party to this Agreement pursuant to the Replacement Facilities Effective Date Documentation.

  • Treatment facility means an institution (or distinct part thereof) for the treatment of alcoholism or drug abuse, which meets fully every one of the following tests:

  • Contract Effective Date means the date agreed upon by the parties for beginning the period of performance under the contract. In no case shall the effective date precede the date on which the contracting officer or designated higher approval authority signs the document.
