Rent Roll definition

Rent Roll shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18 hereof.

Rent Roll has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Rent Roll means, with respect to any Multifamily Residential Property, a rent roll prepared and certified by the owner of the Multifamily Residential Property, on Xxxxxx Xxx Form 4243, as set forth in Exhibit III-3 of the DUS Guide, or on another form approved by the Lender and containing substantially the same information as Form 4243 requires.
Rent Roll. A report prepared by the Borrowers showing for each Unencumbered Asset owned or leased by the Borrowers, its occupancy, tenants, lease expiration dates, lease rent and other information in substantially the form presented to Agent on or prior to the date hereof.
