Remote site means a setting physically separate from the sponsoring or supervising physician's primary place for meeting pa- tients or a setting where the physician is present less than twenty- five percent of the practice time of the licensee.
Remote Terminal or "RT" means a cabinet, vault or similar structure at an intermediate point between the End User Customer and CenturyLink's Central Office, where Loops are aggregated and hauled to the Central Office or Serving Wire Center using LCM.
