Remote Device definition

Remote Device means any device acceptable to us from time to time that provides for the capture of images from Items and for transmission through the clearing process. Remote Device means a remote device such as a mobile phone or tablet which includes a camera or other functionality or feature capable of capturing and transmitting images. "Scheduled Payment" is a payment that has been scheduled through the Xxxx Xxxxx Service but has not begun processing. "Scheduled Payment Date" is the day you want your Xxxxxx to receive your bill payment and is also the day your designated payment Account will be debited, unless the Scheduled Payment Date falls on a non-Business Day in which case it will be considered to be the previous Business Day.

Examples of Remote Device in a sentence

  • You may transmit Images to us only from a Remote Device located in the United States.

  • You are responsible for the security of the Remote Device and for allowing its use only by individuals authorized by you.

  • You agree to transmit an Image to us using only a Remote Device approved by us for your use to transmit Images.

  • You are responsible for all costs of using the Service and operating the Remote Device, including, but not limited to, telephone and internet service charges.

Remote Device administration: management of medical devices, home automatic actuators, environmental sensors, and any kind of device monitoring parameters of the patient or his/her environment. The HIS Portal is capable of managing all of these, but there will only be interaction with medical devices within the context of the BeyondSilos project.  Safety / ambient monitoring: this module is not implemented in the Badalona pilot.  Alerts: the Alerts building block is implemented in the component HIS Portal.   • Remote site means a setting physically separate from the sponsoring or supervising physician's primary place for meeting pa- tients or a setting where the physician is present less than twenty- five percent of the practice time of the licensee.

  • Orthotic device means a custom-fitted or custom-fabricated medical device that is applied to a part of the human body to correct a deformity, improve function, or relieve symptoms of a disease.

  • Ignition interlock device means a device that, without tampering or intervention by another person, would prevent the defendant from operating a motor vehicle if the defendant has a blood or breath alcohol concentration of five-hundredths (0.05) or greater; and
