Relocation Services definition

Relocation Services means the facilities and benefits, described in Part III below, to be provided to Witnesses, and their Close relations who are subject to the provisions of this Exchange of Letters.
Relocation Services means all relocation services offered or provided to a Relocatee by HPD, including Shelter Services.
Relocation Services means the services required to be performed by the Consultant pursuant to the Contractual Documents, and includes all other labor, materials and equipment provided or to be provided to fulfill such obligations. Relocation Services do not include Property Management Services.

More Definitions of Relocation Services

Relocation Services means the facilities and benefits, described in Part IV below, to be provided to Witnesses, and their Close relations who are subject to the provisions of this Relocation Arrangements.
Relocation Services. A national relocation company acceptable to both parties will provide assistance to you during your relocation including the selection of real estate brokers familiar with corporate relocations. Aircell will arrange through such company to survey, pack and load, transport and unload your household goods. Aircell will pay all usual and reasonable costs of packing, transporting, unloading and unpacking the furniture and household effects directly to the van line itself. Costs to re-install appliances at the new location, insure goods during the move and store goods for a period of 30 days will also be covered. Fees will be billed directly to, and paid by Aircell.
Relocation Services means all relocation services offered or provided to a Relocatee or to a Post-Vacate Relocatee by HPD, [including] provided, however that Relocation Services provided to a Post-Vacate Relocatee shall not include Shelter Services.
Relocation Services or “Relocation” shall mean the services of relocation of Thermal Coal and Low Heat Value Coal which comprises the loading of Thermal Coal from the live stock pile of thermal coal located at CHPP, its transportation and unloading at designated thermal coal long term stock pile and; the loading of Low Heat Value Coal from the reject bin at the CHPP, its transportation and unloading at the designated low heat value coal stock pile along with compacting to ensure no fire incident take place and with responsibility to extinguish fire .
Relocation Services means all necessary services required to engineer and physically relocate or alter the Buyer Facilities as a result of changes in the Underlying Rights (as defined in the applicable IRU Agreement) or as required by Contractor or any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, the coordination of all project management, engineering, and construction work necessary to ensure the Buyer Facilities meet the specifications set forth in the IRU Order pursuant to the IRU Agreement to the greatest extent possible given the changes in the Underlying Rights (unless otherwise agreed upon with Buyer).
Relocation Services means Services provided by Cloud Cover IT combining Equipment and Services for an agreed price for a set contract duration.

Related to Relocation Services

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Cable Services means (1) the one-way transmission to Subscribers of (a) video programming, or (b) other programming service, and (2) Subscriber interaction, if any, which is required for the selection or use of such video programming or other programming service.
