Relocation expense reimbursements shall comply with deductible moving expense as defined by the Internal Revenue Code. Reimbursements will only be made directly to you. The Company will not directly contract with or make payment to any third parties. Relocation expenses may consist of the moving of household goods, which includes the cost of packing, crating and transporting your household and personal effects and those of the members of your household from your former home to your new home, plus traveling and lodging expenses incurred during the period of travel from the former residence to the new place of residence. Examples of non-reimbursable moving expenses are meals while moving from your old residence to your new residence; travel expenses, meals and lodging for pre-move house-hunting trips; or staying in temporary quarters in the general location of your new principal place of work.
