Relevant Customers definition

Relevant Customers are Consumers (i.e. residential customers), Microenterprise or Small Enterprise Customers and Not-For-Profit Customers.
Relevant Customers means FCA, Ford, and GM.
Relevant Customers. They are the customers with a relationship established with Citi IPB and are segmented as follows:

Examples of Relevant Customers in a sentence

  • In the event that the quality of the Packaging supplied by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement consistently falls below a level acceptable to the Relevant Customers, Buyer will notify Supplier of such in writing and Supplier will have thirty (30) days to remedy the situation.

  • Supplier will supply Packaging pursuant to this Agreement at quality levels consistent with the quality levels of Packaging provided by the Business to the Relevant Customers prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Without prejudice to the Relevant Customer's obligation to disclose Information in accordance with FOIA or Clause 19 of TC’s (When you can share information), the Relevant Customer will, in its sole discretion, acting reasonably, seek to apply the relevant exemption set out in the FOIA to the following Information: Insert/delete cells if needed.

  • If the Customer does so give notice in breach of this Agreement, the Authority may require the Customer to pay to the Authority (or, as and to the extent the Authority directs, the Supplier, for distribution to Relevant Customers), on demand, a sum equal to the Breach Damages, as set out in Clause 10.

Related to Relevant Customers

  • Relevant Customer means a person, firm or company who in the twelve months immediately before the Relevant Date conducted a business relationship (including, without limitation, the provision of services and the negotiation for the same) with the Company and with whom ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ had significant contact in the course of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s employment with the Company.

  • TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.

  • Transient customer means a person who owns a recreational vehicle, is temporarily traveling through a dealer's area of sales responsibility, and engages the dealer to perform service work on that recreational vehicle.

  • Significant Customers shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.
