Release Balance definition

Release Balance means for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the outstanding principal balance of Tranche A Advances and Tranche C Advances repaid by the Borrowers during the preceding calendar month in order to obtain a release of the Lender's Lien on the related Collateral. For purposes hereof, if a Mortgage Loan is released from the Lender's Lien on account of any Tranche A Advance or a Tranche C Advance, such Tranche A Advance or Tranche C Advance as the case may be, shall be deemed repaid, regardless of whether one or more Mortgage Loans are substituted as Collateral for such released Mortgage Loan.

  • Release Amount means, for a Property, the following applicable amount together with any other amounts specified in Section 2.4.4:

  • Lease Balance means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the aggregate sum of the outstanding amount of the Advances, plus (without duplication) all accrued and unpaid Basic Rent and all Supplemental Rent owing by the Lessee under the Operative Documents.
