Release Amount Percentage shall be, with respect to any Individual Property that is subject to a release and associated partial prepayment of the Loan pursuant to Section 2.4 and Section 2.5.2:

  • Investment Percentage means a percentage established for each Partner on the Partnership's books as of the first day of each Fiscal Period. The Investment Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period will be determined by dividing the balance of the Partner's Capital Account as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the Capital Accounts of all of the Partners as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period. The sum of the Investment Percentages of all Partners for each Fiscal Period will equal 100%.

  • Class B-6 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • Applicable Dollar Percentage means, with respect to any Dollar Lender, the percentage of the total Dollar Commitments represented by such Dollar Lender’s Dollar Commitment.   • Funding Percentage means with respect to any Payment Date, the percentage derived from the fraction the numerator of which is the Pre-Funded Amount and the denominator of which is the sum of the aggregate Principal Balance of Receivables transferred to the Trust and the Pre-Funded Amount, in each case, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • Applicable Multicurrency Percentage means, with respect to any Multicurrency Lender, the percentage of the total Multicurrency Commitments represented by such Multicurrency Lender’s Multicurrency Commitment.   • Class B-3 Prepayment Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-3 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).
