Rejected document definition

Rejected document means a document deemed unreviewable due to deficiencies related to permit or other enforceable document requirements, disorganization, or a substantial amount of missing information, inaccuracies, or unrelated or redundant information;

Related to Rejected document

  • Filed document means a document filed with the Secretary of State under any provision of this Title except chapter 15 or section 1621; and

  • Bid Document - shall mean the document submitted by the bidder, pursuant to understanding and agreeing with the terms and conditions set out in this Tender Document.

  • Related Document any agreement, certificate, document or instrument relating to a Letter of Credit.

  • Policy Document means this Policy wording the Schedule (which is attached to and forms part of this Policy and includes any Annexure or endorsement to it and, if more than one, then, the latest in time) and the Proposal Form.
