If an action is taken by the University such as applying a No Show Cancellation Fee or reviewing Licensee’s request to cancel or vacate the license, whether approved or denied, and Licensee requests and is approved to reinstate their License, there may be a $100 Reinstatement Fee charged to Licensee for administrative services in addition to any other previously incurred fees.
Service Reinstatement Fee: If your account is suspended for non-payment of recurring charges a Service Reinstatement Fee may be charged up to $200.00 at our discretion.
