Default Fee definition

Default Fee means with respect to any amount due and payable by Seller in respect of any Aggregate Unpaids, an amount equal to the greater of (i) $1000 and (ii) interest on any such unpaid Aggregate Unpaids at a rate per annum equal to 3.50% above the Alternate Base Rate.
Default Fee means a per annum rate of interest equal to the sum of (i) the Prime Rate, plus (ii) 2% per annum.

  • Seller shall remain obligated for the amount of any payment or application so rescinded, returned or refunded, and shall promptly pay to Agent (for application to the Person or Persons who suffered such rescission, return or refund), the full amount thereof, plus the Default Fee from the date of any such rescission, return or refunding, in each case, if such rescinded amounts have not been paid under Section 2.2.

  • If any Person fails to pay any of the Obligations when due, such Person agrees to pay, on demand, the Default Fee in respect thereof until paid.


More Definitions of Default Fee

Default Fee means an amount equal to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the salary of each full-time employee, on an hourly basis, who provides the applicable Corporate Service or Transition Assistance (as defined in Section 2.3).
