Default Fee definition

Default Fee means with respect to any amount due and payable by Seller in respect of any Aggregate Unpaids, an amount equal to the greater of (i) $1000 and (ii) interest on any such unpaid Aggregate Unpaids at a rate per annum equal to 2% above the Prime Rate.
Default Fee means a per annum rate of interest equal to the sum of (i) the Prime Rate, plus (ii) 2% per annum.
Default Fee means an amount equal to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the salary of each full-time employee, on an hourly basis, who provides the applicable Corporate Service or Transition Assistance (as defined in Section 2.3).

Examples of Default Fee in a sentence

  • If any Person fails to pay any of the Obligations when due, such Person agrees to pay, on demand, the Default Fee in respect thereof until paid.

  • Seller shall remain obligated for the amount of any payment or application so rescinded, returned or refunded, and shall promptly pay to Agent (for application to the Person or Persons who suffered such rescission, return or refund), the full amount thereof, plus the Default Fee from the date of any such rescission, return or refunding, in each case, if such rescinded amounts have not been paid under Section 2.2.


More Definitions of Default Fee

Default Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 10.4.
Default Fee means with respect to any amount due and payable by Seller (or required to be deposited by Servicer) in respect of any Aggregate Unpaids, an amount equal to interest on any such unpaid Aggregate Unpaids at a rate per annum equal to 2.0% plus the Prime Rate.
Default Fee means, for any Payment Date on which interest on overdue amounts is payable in accordance with the provisions of Section 203(b) hereof, an amount equal to the excess of (x) the total amount of interest payable on such Payment Date, including the amount of interest otherwise payable on such Payment Date pursuant to the provisions of Section 203(b), over (y) the amount of interest that would have been payable on such Payment Date if no payment default had occurred.
Default Fee means with respect to any amount due and payable by the Seller hereunder or under the Fee Letter, an amount equal to interest on any such amount at a rate per annum equal to 2% above the Base Rate; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that such interest rate will not at any time exceed the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
Default Fee means a per annum rate of interest equal to the sum of (i) the Base Rate, plus (ii) 2% per annum (computed for actual days elapsed on the basis of a year consisting of 360 days).
Default Fee is defined in Subsection 17.2.4.
