Regulatory Auditor definition

Regulatory Auditor means the auditor appointed in accordance with Section 21 of these Instructions;
Regulatory Auditor means the Auditor for the time being appointed by the Dominant Provider in accordance with these conditions;

  • A Reporting Licensee shall ensure that this is provided for in the letter of engagement or contract entered into between a Reporting Licensee and the Regulatory Auditor.

Related to Regulatory Auditor

  • Statutory Auditor means the auditor of a Company appointed under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 or under the provisions of any other applicable governing law;

  • Statutory Auditors means a firm of chartered accountants appointed in terms of Section 224 of the Companies Act, 1956 and acting as the statutory auditors of the Concessionaire.

  • Regulatory Agencies The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; the Federal Housing Finance Agency; the Securities and Exchange Commission; and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).
