Regular Trustees means each of the Persons identified as a "Regular Trustee" in the preamble to this Trustee Agreement solely in such Person's capacity as Regular Trustee of the Trust formed and continued hereunder and not in such Person's individual capacity, or such Regular Trustee's successor in interest in such capacity, or any successor trustee appointed as herein provided.

  • Regular meetings of the Regular Trustees may be held at a time and place fixed by resolution of the Regular Trustees.
