Regular Trustee definition

Regular Trustee means any Trustee other than the Property Trustee and the Delaware Trustee.
Regular Trustee has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Regular Trustee means Persons elected to the Board of Trustees from time to time by the Majority Certificateholders, including the Independent Trustees, in their capacity as trustees of the Trust. For the avoidance of doubt, the Owner Trustee shall not be deemed to be a Regular Trustee.

  • The presence (whether in person or by telephone) of a Regular Trustee at a meeting shall constitute a waiver of notice of such meeting except where a Regular Trustee attends a meeting for the express purpose of objecting to the transaction of any activity on the ground that the meeting has not been lawfully called or convened.

  • If there is more than one Regular Trustee, meetings of the Regular Trustees shall be held from time to time upon the call of any Regular Trustee.

  • In the event there is only one Regular Trustee, any and all action of such Regular Trustee shall be evidenced by a written consent of such Regular Trustee.

  • Except as expressly set forth in this Declaration and except if a meeting of the Regular Trustees is called with respect to any matter over which the Regular Trustees have power to act, any power of the Regular Trustees may be exercised by, or with the consent of, any one such Regular Trustee.
