Regular CP Advance definition
Regular CP Advance means a loan made to the Borrower funded by the Lender with CP, including any Special Advances or Rollover Advances funded by the Lender with CP.

Related to Regular CP Advance
L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.
PMI Advance As defined in the related Servicing Agreement, if applicable.
Tranche A Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).
SOFR Advance means an Advance that bears interest at a rate based on Term SOFR.
Regular Certificate Any Class A Certificate, Mezzanine Certificate, Class CE Certificate or Class P Certificate.
