Registration Term means a period of ten (10) years from the date of registration of a Sponsor’s Mark or the date of any renewed registration.
Registration Term has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1.1.
Registration Term. For a period of three years from the above date, this registration shall be in full force and effect, and define the compensation due and responsibilities of the agent, the Company, and the Referrer. Additional conditions and requirements of the parties are expressed in the Referral Agreement, a copy of which is attached with this Registration Agreement. This registration can be extended by mutual agreement among the parties at any time and for any additional period. REGISTRATION CONDITIONS: By executing this agreement, the undersigned agent shall agree to work together and in conjunction with Multi-HAUS and its agents and assigns, including Multitaskr, Inc. on behalf of the client identified. Many of the eventual contracts with the client will be executed directly between Multitaskr, a Joint Venture partner in Multi-HAUS, LLC, and the client. To be entitled to a share of the referral fee, each client of the agent must be also registered with Multi-HAUS, LLC to ensure that no other prior relationships exist between this client and any agents, affiliates, or assigns of Multi-HAUS, LLC., especially prior relationships or contracts with Multitaskr and the client or agent. This agreement is intended to only entitle the referral fee to be earned for agents who have registered clients that complete construction through Multi-HAUS, LLC. EACH CLIENT MUST BE REGISTERED WITH MULTI-HAUS AS HAVING BEEN REFERRED BY EACH AGENT. (A copy of the client registration form is attached). REFERRAL FEE INFORMATION: The fee shall be computed at the completion of all final billing and construction and shall be the sum of .04 (4%) of the total untaxed construction bill. This does not include the cost for permit fees, other governmental reimbursements, or third-party consultations. Third party consultations would include items like soil reports, or engineering work related to existing site issues. Any non-fee related items will be expressly removed from the calculations, and separately explained. Payment of the Referral fee will occur within ten days following the final payment by the client to Multitaskr, and will be forwarded by Multi-HAUS, LLC. A full accounting of the total construction obligations of the client and of the fee calculations will be included with the remittance.
