Registered Structural Engineer definition

Registered Structural Engineer means a registered structural engineer within the meaning of the Buildings Ordinance, Cap. 123.
Registered Structural Engineer means a qualified structural engineer registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and also registered with the Board.
