Region Data definition

Region Data any and all data specific to the Region generated and/or collected by the Region and/or Infertek as part of the function of the Technology, including but not limited to the Region's customer profiles, consumer data, databases and/or customer preferences;

  • Infertek hereby indemnifies, holds harmless and defends the Region against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, demands, assessments, judgments, costs, including reasonable legal costs and other expenses incidental to the foregoing, damages or liability which may be made or brought against the Region and its successors and assigns by any person or entity whomsoever directly or indirectly arising from or out of any unauthorised use of the Region Data by Infertek.

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;
