Reference volume definition
Reference volume means a volume of milk assigned to each company processing Class 2(a) or Class 3(a) for the purpose of the administration of this Policy.

For any Exchange Business Day during the Calculation Period, equal to the number of Shares for which Dealer (or its affiliates) has reasonably established its initial Hedge Positions for the applicable Transaction on such Exchange Business Day, subject to “Target Volume” set forth in the applicable Supplemental Confirmation. Cumulative Reference Volume: For any day, the cumulative Reference Volume during the Calculation Period at the close of trading on the Exchange on such day.
