Reference Option definition

Reference Option means an option traded on a Regulated Market or any other market which is identical to (i) the related Listed Option and
Reference Option. An Option, other than an incentive stock option, to which a Right shall relate.
Reference Option means an option traded on a Licensed Market or any other market which is identical to (i) the related Listed Option and (ii) any contract entered into by Saxo Capital Markets and a Liquidity Provider in relation to the Listed Option;
