Reference Lease definition

Reference Lease means a lease, sublease, license, use or occupancy agreement or other arrangement conveying the right to use real or personal property (tangible or intangible, or a combination thereof) to be assumed by Sellers and assigned to Purchaser as set forth on Schedule 5.1(j).
